So...How do I do this, anyway????
It's easy. Creating a Changeling is relatively similar to creating any other WoD character. But it's a little more...magical. :)
First off, think up a concept. What's the character like? What kith? What court? What seeming? You don't have to be explicit, but don't be completely general either.
Keep in mind what seemings and courts mean. If you have an unseelie childing pooka, it's rather unlikely that the character will have a 5 in Sovereign. Need help? Just ask.
Nuh-uh. Not! No way!
~No Commoners with Sidhe-only Arts {See The Shining Host}
~No Sidhe with Commoner Arts. {Metamorphosis, etc.}
~No Nunnehi Arts, unless you're a Nunnehi. {I'll accept Nunnehis, welcome them, even! But keep in mind what tribes and families would be common to Missouri!}
~Addition to above: No anything-special Arts, unless you ARE that anything-special kith! {Nunnehi, Merfolk, etc.}
~No revenge characters. {i.e.: Sure, you can have a Redcap. But don't have a redcap for the specific purpose of killing the guy that killed you.}
DOTS:
Attributes: 7/5/3 {One automatic per attribute.}
Abilities: 13/9/5
Arts: 3
Realms: 5
Backgrounds: 5
Freebies: 15 freebies.
Merits and Flaws: As many as you want,
provided you can afford them with freebie points. {Some limitations apply; Ask!}
